We actually took their lessons for about a year and a half. My little one did more advanced things in the previous program than done in this one. The \loyalty\ program to allow the families to enroll the kids is also messed up. If you have enough points, you can enroll anywhere. But if not, expect to travel, a lot. Every conversation with management about this issue starts with \we know it's a bad system and we're working on changing it\. After a year and a half I decided to stop waiting and enrolled my kid somewhere else. Thriving. The session before last, my kid was supposed to move up. The instructor talked us into not doing that; instead she said she'll work with us during free time at the end of the lessons to get my kid 100% ready for the next level. She never did. She ignored us the entire session (which was also our last). One lesson my kid wasn't feeling well and wasn't cooperating. That was the lesson she decided to reach out to us, to let us know we are staying at the same level for another session. One lesson cancelled out two sessions (each lasts about 12 lessons). As said that was our final session with them. If this is the first time your kid is in water, this will fit you. If you actually want your kid to swim, I suggest looking somewhere else. Oh, and those reviews about the hot water? Try it during winter when you need to change in the changing area which is not heated. I did. Can't really recommend the experience.

Did a walk in to check out the place and it exceeded my expectations. We got lots of info from the kind swim teacher/life guard and had a wonderful time swimming in their nicely heated pool. The temp in there is also lovely and warm, perfect for little tinny ones! Can't wait to start lessons!

I haven't yet taken a class, but did a random walk in, and it was great! They have a small play room for younger kids, and a nice long lap pool for the lessons. We peeked at the class and the instructor seemed great with the kids and parents.

Our child has been a student since she was a year old and now is 4. We love this program, teachers and the techniques.
