my new doctor is amazing and focused on my concerns however the person at the front desk in ineffective in offering efficient help. Waiting for my results no information was provided only to say “you don’t need to call back” even though I hadnt yet receive the information needed. She noted the doctor would call me but couldn’t give me a time frame of when to expect that. I just wish she would be more helpful instead of apologizing that she can’t even give me an estimate bc she is with patients. On the phone, however, I, too am a patient.

Wonderful clinic, providers and staff who really care for their patients. They are always kind, patient, and take plenty of time to answer your questions. I’m very glad to have found this clinic. Dr. Yamomoto and Dr. Cheema are both really great. Everyone else I’ve met has also been amazing.

While my Dr at this place has been absolutely amazing (Dr. Yamamoto!) the staff they have for scheduling appointments and answering questions over the phone are beyond rude and unhelpful.

Jennifer or Jessica whatever her name is needs to learn some manners. She's rude & unprofessional. She hung up the phone & was making the whole phone call complicated. Hopefully shes not there when I go back shes USELESS. And she'll hear it from me.

Dr Yamamoto is the best! I have had Dr Yamamoto as my doctor for two out of three of my pregnancies and she is always wonderful. If you are looking for a doctor who truly listens, respects, and cares for you as a patient Dr Yamamoto is who you are looking for. I had the best labor and delivery, and I honestly do not think it could of been any better!
