Seems reasonable considering the price of the units. However, the management is absolutely terrible and I would not recommend living here to anyone. The overall complex is not kept nice at all. Not inviting. very limited guest spots. Not a great area to have to tell guests to park across the street! Multiple negative experiences with management.

Peaceful, quite, and more private than the usual apartment / condo complex
Got towed as a GUEST with NO WARNING and was charged 400, currently dealing with taking it to court. When the tenant whose guest I was contacted his landlord, he sent back an email saying something along the lines of “The guy you need to talk to usually hangs out by the tool shed, I don’t have his contact info though.” Horrible management, not kept up. Overall very disorganized, unclear rules. Do not recommend at all. Worst property management I've ever dealt with. Would give negative stars if I could. Edit: someone from the board of directors stopped by around 9:30pm and spent around 30 minutes condescendingly explaining why my car was towed. He danced around the rules and was super unclear, so I still don't know why I was towed (as no official rules were broken)
Terrible management and very poor upkeep. Would not recommend living here. Also would not recommend parking her if you are a guest. They will unlawfully tow you without warning. Management is rude and inconsiderate, should 100% be replaced.
I came here as a guest for just one night. I parked in a guest spot and I still got towed. Very upsetting seeing as there were no signs saying I could not park there. Cost multiple hundred dollar
