Confession. I have spent a lot of time in Saint Louis- the home of Panera. So, Panera is near and dear to my heart. Panera at 12:30 is busy and this location is no exception. However, the service was the absolute best! A shout out to the mature woman that runs food, speaks to every guest, and cleans the Dinning room. She is the best. I am sorry I didn't grab her name, but kudos! She is stellar! Also, I believe she worked with Sam. He also makes a point to ensure everything is good and tells everyone his name. I don't know how you do it, but your fast- casual is almost like 4 star service. The food was fresh, good, and modified correctly. However, I can't stop raving about the team. The restaurant and restrooms were super clean. Thank you for one of the best Panera experiences ever!

I made an order this morning for a blueberry bagel and turkey & avocado blt for pickup. It was delicious and fresh! It was everything I wanted . Thank you, this is my favorite Panera bread yet!
It's not that bad but they never fill your coffee up all the way and I have received an incomplete order a few times. They are gracious about making it right though, and the people that work there are generally friendly.
Check your order on the screen before you pay every time. People ring things wrong here alot. 3rd time for me. I don’t usually take the time to review places. In all fairness it could be systemic bc of the system or the menu, but check anyway.
