Rent macha has been highly unprofessional and unethical.Its been around 2 month and they have not returned my refund of 10000 rupees.Sent them more than 5 mails still no respond.

Had the best experience with RentMacha. Awesome furniture and appliance rental company available in Hyderabad. I furnished my entire 1bhk with their furniture and appliances while I was in Hyderabad. They even did a cursory servicing of the AC and the fridge at the end of 6 months to make sure the appliances were working in perfect condition. All brand new items at such affordable rates!
They take all the money documents etc first itself. And then say your order cancelled as product is not available. Why don't you first check your inventory first before putting it on your site for rent. And refund process is tedious. Ideally we get refund to the source account or card upon cancellation. Here they don't have any such thing and ask for bank details. After all this procedure I don't trust you enough to give my bank details. Fraudsters
