I had a few international tenants wanting my place but struggled to find an agency able to check their backgrounds effectively. Rentchecks were recommended to me by a work colleague & they looked after the whole process with 100% professionalism. Thanks James & team

AVOID AVOID AVOID Trust me as a landlord for over 15 years with 12 properties, avoid this company, there are many others who offer a cheaper and more efficient service, paid for same day guarantee priority service, got references 3-4 days later with no apologies or refund for the express service, then had the cheek to pursue me for payment 1 year later for monies already paid to them, no apologies and no follow up confirmation that its all been sorted.
I have always vetted my agency properties via Rentchecks & they never fail to protect us. Had a problem with 1 tenant who lost her job due to Covid issues & this company covered the rent in full until we found a replacement. Recently found out that Rentchecks manage properties on behalf of the Royal family so I suppose there is no better recommend than that !!
My new landlord would not let to me until I completed a rentcheck. I entered my details online & had a full verified tenancy report back by 4pm. I picked the keys up the next morning. Really impressed with the speed. I had a query & used the online chat. Had a helpful person (James) who solved my issue in minutes
Used Rentchecks recently to check out some international students moving to the UK & I must say their customer service & diligence was excellent. Having been quoted over 400 by a letting agent to do the same checks I feel that I hit it lucky finding these guys!
