From first contact Rent Direct were very helpful in giving me a range of van hire options for the days I had available. On collection and return all the admin was done quickly and efficiently, including some prior to vehicle collection. Staff were friendly and helpful and the site location was convenient given I was arriving by train (North Cambridge station a short walk away) and then needing to get away to St Albans via A14 and M11. Will definitely use Rent Direct again.
