As always, whenever I go , all the girls are always so kind to help me and they don’t make me feel rushed. Last week, when I went in, Chris was the woman who helped me. She was really busy, but she made sure I was taken care of and came back to me right when she was done with her other customer. She was so helpful showing me some shades of a product I wanted to try. It sure is different times these days, but they are trying to make it still a good experience there

I buy online mostly from sephora but it is nice to browse at the store and try a few things. The staff was friendly without bothering too much just perfect. It was 15% off for VIB . It is always nice to get a discount and free samples.
Ugh! I called this store and asked if they had a certain product in stock prior to driving an hour to buy it. They said they had one and that they would put it aside for me. When I arrived at the store they said they didn’t have one. I asked if they could figure out who I talked to and they said they would check the cameras and call logs. I gave them the exact time I called and asked if they could switch a gift card I had for cash so that I could buy the product elsewhere. They refused to do that. I asked to speak with a manager. They refused to do that. I asked if I could get the first name of the person who I was talking with. She refused to do that. They did absolutely nothing to make right the situation that happened. Nobody at the store would fess up to talking with me. This store is a joke.
I just popped in to smell some fragrances, and was beyond impressed by the measures they are taking to be clean and safe. Their plans and actions to keep the store as clean as possible were clearly communicated and I was more than happy to oblige.
It's not the biggest Sephora, but the employees are very friendly and there's plenty of parking. There were some limitations compared to other bigger Sephoras. For example, they didn't have a full line of Kiehl's. It's really a pleasure to have employees that were eager to help and without a long line like other popular Sephoras.
Everyone is super nice! I was treated lile a person, which is hard to find lately. Ill be back!
Clean and the lady who helped me seemed knowledgeable. There are limits to how many are allowed in the store. Which really isn't a issue. Masks are also optional.
