The food makes an experience good. Great service make an experience excellent. This was an AMAZING meal, and experience. We were served by Tanner, who I believe, was Also the bartender. He made our night. Honestly, good service is hard to come by. You usually have to flag people down, just to get a mumbling server who is less than excited to be there. Not here! We felt like we were at families house. From the moment we arrived, we were immediately greeted by our server, Tanner, and he even introduced himself. Our glasses were never empty, and we never had to seek him out for anything we needed. He was on top of everything. Very impressed. We got the browning onion, which was AMAZING.The sauce it comes with is awesome! We also got the 3 piece appetizers. The artichoke dip with bread, that was good. Coconut shrimp, yum, and the steak and avocado egg rolls. YUM! We got the ribs, which were so tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were super amazing! The gravy, or sauce on them, is so good! and the yams, candied. Yum! Everything was awesome. We got 3 drinks each. The river runner, which was good, the frolic in the sand, which was AMAZING! AND the wolf pack colada, which was really good. We really loved this place. We walked over from the Peppermill. Definitely go!

I visit Ruby River everytime I'm in Reno! Always a great time with friends or family. Never a bad experience or waiter!! Highly recommend.

Must amazing cheesecake I ever had, and the steaks weren't so bad either . Our server was Alex and he really was the best server. Fun, knowledgeable. Incredibly helpful. I have a minor food allergy and he went above and beyond to get management involved to make sure my birthday dinner was perfect. I had the gorgonzola encrusted steak and double battered fries. Yum. Make a reservation and get there a little early. Prices are very reasonable for what you receive.
