I have never been here. Just wondering if you hear gun shots there like in CA? I seem to hear gun shots here almost daily and cars racing down the street thumping their music. Wonder if your area is peaceful with supportive law enforcement who understand by not know who is shoot is not a reason to not respond and deal with a ongoing problem from one of my BAD NEIGHBORS! Any feed back would be great. Personally CA is wrecked! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Nice and idyllic place right at the Truckee river. There is also a fitness path along the river. Nice views of the river and the mountains. Save and quiet place.
