This place is awesome! Came in from out of town for my 5 year Anniversary with my wife. By The way who has never shot a gun. I was able to buy ammo with no issue. People that work there are friendly, helpful and next time I came into town I’m definitely going to come back.

This is one of the nicest facilities that I have been to. Staff was incredibly responsive and helpful as soon as I walked through the door. After I finished shooting in the gun range, the worker actually talked to me about what is happening as I hold my gun based on my target and where I said the bullets were going. This would definitely be a place I would go back to and likely have a membership at if I lived in Reno. Also, very clean and organized.

This store and range has a small inventory but a large Care and Service policy for it's customers. If they don't have the item you want, let them know and they will try and get it for you at a fair and competitive price. And when they say they will call you, they really do. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and always helpful. It's always clean and a pleasure to use their range. Everybody is made to feel welcome there. And, I trust them with the advice and guidance they have given me.

I went in today I was contemplating if I should get the membership wasn’t sure exactly how everything works there. I went to the membership no one‘s there I grabbed one of their pamphlets I was reading it. Not one associate even when I was standing in the middle of the whole place ever came up to me to ask me if I needed any assistance. I watched them go to other customers and ask them if they needed assistance but never came to me. Extremely disappointing customer service
Staff is very friendly and informative. Range is very nice, clean, and safe. However as a reloader I won't be back. They do not allow you to collect your own brass. They do that because the take that brass, reload it,and sell it. In today's environment and the scarcity of resources that behavior is truly bad form. If you are not a reloader it is a great place to shoot.
Went to Reno for a short weekend vacation, and stopped here on Sunday. I had a great experience here! Employees are super great and helpful when it comes to the whole process and choosing what you want to try out. They are also very helpful when you are inside the range, if anything jams you hardly have to look for help they're out there when help is needed. Safety is defiantly their top priority, also making sure you have a good time! 12/10 my overall experience Can't wait to come back to Reno and spend my money here again. Defiantly will recommend this place to anyone going to Reno ;)
