Come in and see our world class design center. You will love and appreciate the kitchen and Bath displays. They will grab your attention and inspire your own dreams and designs.
Their showroom and design center is filled with different room samples of their work and it’s quite impressive. They pay attention to the details which is exactly what I was looking for. The owners are extremely polite, professional, helpful and very skilled/knowledgeable of each step of the design/remodeling process. I want my dream kitchen and to enjoy the actual experience of getting it and I look forward to contracting with them in the future. If your looking to remodel I would suggest that they be your first phone call.
I recently visited the Dream Maker show room in Reno and visited with owners Dawn, Shawn, and Mark. I was impressed with both their professionalism and the expertise each brings to different phases of remodeling (planning, design, construction). They walked me through the remodeling process and patiently fielded my questions. The show room visit allowed me to envision several design and material options at various price points without feeling pressure to immediately commit. I'm looking forward to learning more at one of their upcoming seminars.

I met with three options through HomeAdvisor for a total Kitchen and home remodel that involved needing to knock down load-baring walls, adding beams, etc. DreamMaker was heads above the rest in every category. They were polished and professional, a true one-stop shop, solution oriented and eager to work together. As with any quickly growing business, there have been times when responsiveness, organization and communication were not exact. As a business owner, I have some forgiveness for folks who suddenly find themselves drinking from a firehose. Fast forward to when the job started during COVID - the team on the job is making this process as painless as possible. Highly communicative and solution-oriented. Our lead Tony is highly conscientious and also doesn't seem to rest. I feel like we're in really good hands and I feel comfortable with him and the whole team around. Obviously, all the other workers and subcontractors have been lovely to work with as well. Tony as lead seems to be going above and beyond to make sure we are in the know and his needs are also communicated ahead of time so there's no confusion and expectations are managed. Every contractor we know seems to shudder when they see what the builders of our house did. Tony is no different but he seems genuinely willing to make it right on this go-around. It's really reassuring for people like us who don't have much and have decided to dump everything to keep living where we love. We may have spent a little more with DM to have a one-stop shop but I feel certain the job will be done right and on time with some flexibility on our part b/c of the pandemic. Paying for peace of mind is worth every penny in my book!
