Michael and his manager were so helpful. Had a bat that was broken and couldn't find the receipt. Was bought last February 2020 and thought we were taking the hit on 500. They were able to help us exchange the bat and were so friendly, respectful, nice. Just everything customer service should be.

Our first time shopping at Dick’s since we see the commercials but there aren’t any stores in Hawai’i. We cant order online because of shipping limitations. Large selection of goods, was able to find what we needed quickly and sales associate at the cashier was helpful to offer suggestions.

Courtney was rude and not helpful. They have a sign stating they will price match on hydro flasks. She said she could not since I was getting a straw even though the price match I showed her included a straw. She also gave me grief about showing her a different color than I had to purchase and then I showed it to her in the correct color and still did not honor it. Do not offer a price match if you can’t honor a price match. Also, it didn’t affect Courtney’s hourly wage to honor the right thing and prevent losing a customer. My husband and I were extremely displeased with our experience and will be taking our business to other retailers. It’s a shame we’ve spent years supporting a company that can’t honor what they promise

There are no words that can express how grateful I am to Katie and Richard, but I'm going to try. I had an issue with an online order that was being escalated through customer service and turning into a COMPLETE headache over the course of two weeks, with no solutions on the horizon. I called into the Reno store to see if they could help me, I live 3-4 hours away and no one seemed to be able to understand my predicament. When I called, Katie answered the phone and instantly knew where I was and why I'd been having such a problem, and she and Richard tag teamed to be able to help me out. They solved two weeks worth of headaches in just ten minutes. What an amazing team and amazing people! I am forever grateful!

I was in contact with 5 different employees over the course of my recent visits, and all of them were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially Samuel and Matt S. The manager went 'above and beyond the call of duty' to ensure prompt delivery of the item I purchased. The store was clean, stocked, and employees followed covid protocols.

If you need anything in a mens wide for good shoes like Brooks don't go there. They have nothing. Salesgirl was real apologetic though. Scheels has way more selection.
