Store is roomy with wide aisles which are clearly identified by product. EEs are always eager to help. The pharmacy can be hi volume at certain times, but they take care of their clients as quickly and professionally as possible. Walk ins might wait 40 mins Max. Call ahead if possible. Lastly parking is never a problem at this store!!
While this pharmacy does not look good, it has terrific service. The pharmacy is prompt. I saw a checker carry out a purchase for a disabled woman. Support this store.
The store manager Collin was above and beyond. It surprises me with him being the store manager why their review is not higher. Regardless he was awesome and professional to take care my issues and the right thing. Not because he helped me, I firmly believe he did the right thing. I guess the negative reviews are on pharmacy and I would suggest they listen to those reviews. For front store and Collin it is still a 5 star for me.
Pharmacist lady, refuses to run insurance that was run on the 1st before records were updated. In other words, she would not un-fill and refill the prescription , said it can’t be done. I do it at CVS all the time. Because she refuses want me to pay 169 instead of 40.71. She interrupted me. She hung up on me. Told me to call the insurance company who is closed. This is a needed medication. Not a for comfort medication. Recommend finding another CVS in Reno.
Love the pharmacy staff. Always helpful and always willing to take the time to explain meds with you. Pharmacy is old, not as crowded as the others. Never had a long wait. I live in Stead however will travel into town just to go to this location. Friendliest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered!!!!
Some of the staff are really great. One of the guys always calls me "boss" when I come in and seems genuinely interested about my day. Has brightened a few rough days for me. A couple of the pharmacists also helped me get a prescription my dog really needed down to half the price without me even asking. They're always out of something I need, though.
This has got to be the worst pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. They younger guy is rude. I turned in a prescription and told them six times which of the three I did not want to fill and they still cancelled the wrong one. I have called to get a refill four different times and it's still not ready, it's been almost 3 weeks now.
