Our Greedy Mayor is the owner of the clothes Mentor and Plato‘s closet and is ripping the Reno people off! Two expensive purses brand new with tags offered 35 dollars for each which I paid 500 plus, with the pandemic and no work I had no choice but to take the measly amount they offered! while I looked about her second hand store I saw a pair of boots one had a hole in the bottom of the shoe and they wanted 50 ! I showed them the hole and asked them about it she shrugged her shoulders and told me to get out and flipped me off! How is this for struggling people of Reno?

Went in today with my older mother. We were shocked to see that none of the employees were wearing face coverings. We left as soon as we noticed and were surprised that this locally owned business were being so cavalier about the mask mandates. Very disappointed.

The best place for one-of-a-kind finds. I am also a young professional who doesn’t want to break the bank for work clothes. They have all sorts of slacks, blazers and blouses that I can wear to work.

The blonde woman was very rude and condescending. They pay almost nothing and charge very high prices. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Shop and sell somewhere else

This place is ridiculous! I brought in some very nice expensive clothing and shoes, practically new and in great condition, they wouldn't take most of it even the name brand! ONLY took a few shirts!! I was told, "we are very specific on what we take, and overstocked"! That's bull, I did some looking around and there were shoes, and clothing with obvious WELL worn markings, shoes with scuffs and scratches, and some shirts cheap looking, not everything is namebrand. If overstocked, they should tell people that on phone when you call! Which is what I did since I had never brought things in before! What a waste of time!

Awesome place! Got a deal on my old clothing which I normally donate but now was able to update wardrobe at no extra cost! Very pleased! Will be a regular customer for sure!
