Love the products but visits have been hit or miss. On one of my visits 2 associates decided i must be a thief despite spending 100 a couple days before. They didnt even bother to be subtle and followed one isle behind me the entire time until i complained about being harassed. They kept asking if the basket id just set down was mine or not. Seriously, 3 times. Other employees have been nice tho.

I'm sure there are some deals here, and there is plenty of selection, but the place is a mess. The first three things I came in for didn't have any pricing. Product is all over the floor. There is plenty of empty fixtures and restock carts strewn about. Aisles are hard to get thru, so if you have a stroller or wheelchair, go elsewhere. The only two associates I found on the floor were busy complaining about working there.
Who doesn't love Bed, Bath & beyond for those that don't, we didn't ask you. Customer service was pretty great and straight to the point. I'm that indecisive customer that researched online 2-3 weeks prior and show up still lost and without my coupons. So now I'm paying full price 2hrs later for something totally different than what I needed. Through it all that employee that promised to help me stood there for about 10mins listening. #bestcxservice #forgotHISname
I haven't been in a BB&B in a long time. It was very nice that it wasn't crowded. Got some nice new pans and then discovered the personal care area. Very excited to see that addition!
Great customer service. Staff member helped me find the items I needed and also was my cashier. Made the experience real enjoyable
