I moved to Reno in December 2019, I had to down size in my move and desperately needed a storage place. I called multiple places and either had rude or stand-offish people on the other end not wanting to help. Until I called Ample Storage. They were not the closest to where I was moving but the gentleman answering the phone was eager to help and worked with me allowing me to sign my contract and pay online that day so when I arrived on a Saturday I could move in effortlessly! It was perfect! They allowed me to pay online which made it so convenient and easy! Every time I called they were beyond nice and accommodating! If myself or anyone I know needs storage will go back!

Great storage center, very secure and great price. Service is efficient and good.
I rented a unit 13 years ago and service was awesome. The previous manager is no longer with us (RIP) but always treated me like royalty. Just rented another unit and the new management treated me like royalty too. Top notch service. Thank you
