Our regional office in Reno suffered a system wide network outage and we were left without assistance by our normal IT support provider. Administration authorized us to use a different provider to bring the infrastructure back online to resume critical operations. We tried calling multiple other providers, and the soonest appointment was 72 hours out. We called one of our Vendors in hopes of a saving grace and they recommended Alpine Elevated Systems, which is their IT MSP. After calling and speaking with the Operations Manager we were able to get a technician at our office within an hour. The technician Andrew was extremely professional and highly proficient with his knowledge of our large network and workstations. The outage was caused by failing hardware, and Andrew had the equipment replaced and back online in no-time. We use Alpine Elevated Systems as our local IT MSP currently and have had fantastic results thus far. Thanks Alpine Team!!!!
