I have had incredible experiences with Advantage Computers. I know the owner, Russel Burkett, personally, and have been able to rely on him and his staff for any of my tech concerns. Advantage Computers consistently provides troubleshooting and consultation services to my benefit, even if the solution does not necessarily result in business for the company. It would be easy to rely on Advantage Computers because of Russel's accessibility, but the competence of Russel and his staff is what makes using Advantage Computers a "no-brainer." They help diagnose the issue you are having, identify the ideal solutions, and have the means to implement those solutions in-house. Small businesses should aspire to the thoughtful, hands-on approach Advantage Computers takes with all of its customers. I cannot recommend this business, and my brother-in-law Russel, highly enough. Recently, Advantage Computers consulted on an article for the State Bar of Nevada's attorney publication, the "Nevada Lawyer," and helped disseminate helpful security tips to practitioners around the State.
