I wanted a new (expensive) camera and was looking both at Best Buy, Amazon, and also Action Camera. Turns out the prices were the same at all three, and since I really like to support local business when possible, it was an easy choice to buy it from Action Camera. The service was great, the staff are knowledgeable about the products they sell (you won't get that at a big box store) and they had what I wanted in stock. The biggest benefit from buying from Action Camera came later when I thought I had an issue with my camera. I went back to see my original salesman (Brian) and he took the time to listen to my issue and then thoroughly investigate it with me. He didn't brush me off, but went to pains to see if it really was a problem. We experimented with equipment from their rental program and found out that my "issue" was really an operator error/operator expectation issue, and there was nothing wrong with the camera. That sort of service is not possible with either Best Buy or Amazon. Thanks for the great service!

Great experience today at this store. The staff are friendly, helpful and really know photography- they are not just salespeople. I got a great deal with a used Nikon camera body. Highly recommended, I will be returning.

Action Camera went out of their way to help me with my issue. I'm a 25 year professional and my D5 Nikon crashed mirrorbox. I called a few cameras stores in Reno trying to solve my problems. So my company had 3 equestrian shows this weekend and I had a old D4 as my backup Body. Quality was a issue for this event using this body and Brian had the solution and sold me a D500 to get similar quality I was getting on my D5. D5 is off to NY to be rebuild and the show goes on with high quality images for my customers. Best part of the story is Brian took time out of his day to deliver the camera to me with out me leaving the event. Thank you Sir and thank you Action Camera for taking time to help.
