We ordered a set of couches from here. They had armrests that kept falling off and it had dangerous metal underneath. I have babies running around and they knew that! They didn't care! Chris at the Reno NV made a promise to me that he would call and take care of it! Never did! Chris also tried to tell me that the couches in the store were all Sanitized and in perfect shape that I should come look to see if I could get them replaced.

It disappoints me to write this about Aaron’s I move here from Las Vegas expecting good service like Las Vegas stores I rent from. But this was not good customer service. I waited the whole day no one showed up with my furniture,and finally they call after 7pm to deliver and my delivery time was 11am3pm, the store spoke with a lady quote that I was next this was at 11:30am. Well now I know I can’t trust rent from Reno Aaron’s, bad customer service.
Waited 1 week so I can get a bed delivered... just to find out they are not going to deliver it. They didnt bother calling me or anything, I had to call them.

Stay away from here did get a bed from here poor quality already falling apart. Found bed bugs and they refused to do anything about it we are returning the bed and we notify the health department. Stay away please
2 guys in a truck delivering on 3-23-2020 at around 1:30pm were flipping me and my wife off, no reason. They were speeding and driving erratically. Truck Number: 34066 I never have shopped there, but I would say don’t shop there. Seems to be a bad idea. Imagine if you used your hard earned money buying something, waiting on delivery and knowing that the delivery people are driving your stuff like that. Hmmm
Aaron's only focus is money, they don't care about their employees, customers, or the quality of their products, only money. They allow illegal discrimination in the work place, employees sabotage each other and management plays favorites. Managers hire friends and family and this affects the other employees who are outside the group and the customers especially if they have issues with products or services. The morale is very very low because upper management only cares about money and numbers and will make up reasons to fire employees, so that affects customers directly because unhappy employees treat customers poorly. I heard an upper manager threatening the store manager, very unprofessional and angry in front of customers. HR doesn't care about complaints and will fire employees for complaining without following up or investigation or it is one sided. A few of my family worked here and I leased a few things here in the past. I have seen and heard employees talking negatively about customers and coworkers, I would avoid doing business here you will regret it especially when the phone calls start after being one day past due.
This is by far the worst store,I brought in my laptop due to it warping which I have been trying to contact them for the last 4days on the status of my laptop. I can't reach anyone it's going on 2wks that I haven't had my laptop. What I don't understand is the lack of respect they have for their customers they are rude quick to blame it's the customer fault that the product is defective. I am filing a compliant to the better business bureau let them know about the customer service they are providing
