If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Upon visiting this establishment for the first time while enjoying a friends show that we had been invited to, the owner became hostile and was causing conflicts as if he was a customer and when we walked away to prevent conflict, shortly after he pulled us into a room with 4 security guards and approached us as if we had started a riot. It's not that great of an environment and I have absolutely been to better clubs. I never would have expected such rude treatment from the owner especially since we were minding our own business while purchasing drinks.

From a patrons perspective this club as come along way since the beginning. The owner has a vision that will always be a progression to provide the best in service from the line out front to the drinks inside and everything in between. The staff works well together which in turn allows for a quality service you wont forget., Rios, Miranda and Butters are a rare group of bartenders that work well together. They also make it easy to stay focused on your night with quick service. The giggly bubbly girl at the front makes for a great start to the night. Security is laxed but for good reason. The owner wants his patrons to enjoy the night without a worry of being harassed or stuck in a fight. They are there for your safety and to ensure a good time. If you come to thus place with an attitude already it wont ve tolerated and you will be put out the door. Remember, everything we do has an affect on what hapoens around us so if youve had a bad experience before i think you should give 1 up another shot. If its your first time go enhoy the night and form an opinion for yourself. Everyday the owners are striving to bring you the best in music, quality service and the kind of enjoyment that brings you back for more.
I hate to be so negative about a place with such potential, but they really need the reign in their staff. Shoving patrons around for no reason is assault. And I promise you the woman that man shoved was completely minding her own business.
Unfriedly people. Also kind of empty party even on a friday night. Don't waste your time and go there.
They don't know out of state IDs had to get my passport but the manager was so nice he fixed the situation and bought us a round. Very nice place and clean floors to dance on. Very nice bar if you like electric music or people watching.
I came here Friday night & it was completely dead, the club does have potential but they need to switch up the music & fix up the place a bit. Like the bathroom & a leak I saw on the dance floor
1up is always bringing in the freshest talent, from house to heavy bass. There has been so many new artist that I am so glad they brought because they end up blowing my mind or it's an artist I've been dying to see. With it being such a intimate space no matter where in the room you are it feels like you're in the front row. Not to mention the vibe is always energetic and people are always dancing. If you're looking for a great venue where the atmosphere is always insanly fun, than 1up is it.
Everytime i go to 1UP me and my friends have a blast. Love the bass and lasers. Drink prices are great. The atmosphere is nothing but love and fun. Ive met so many amazing people that like to go there and work there as well.
