Eat as much as you can Chinese food. Food is nice but not incredible but the staff are helpful. The menus and drinks are not overpriced.
I just been to this place and it's just wonderful, good food and good staff as well.

If you're visiting Rennes and happen to be tired of all the crêperies, pizzerias, and sandwich restaurants that abound in Brittany, then try out this all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet. They offer both hot and cold dishes. Their sushis are excellent because they are not dry like most other buffet places. They have a wok, so you can pick out your indredients and they will cook it for you; and, you can pick the sauce you want. This takes about 5 minutes or so. You do have to bus your own table, and they do charge you for food waste; so be sure to try small portions first before going gung ho on the noodles. The service is friendly. Be aware of the times that they open before going. If you're going to take the bus there, it's very easy. Take the bus line #1 towards Chantepie (Rosa Parks), then get off at Sauvaie. Cross Châteaugiron up towards Sauvaie. Keep walking until you come to the corner, turn left and you should see the restaurant. It has a gated parking lot in front.
