26/07/2020 5:20 pm I love your food quality but not the it’s better then most other KFC’s I have been to but your store is so unclean and your staff are mostly in the kitchen laughing and joking instead of working instead of the jokes and laughter at lest one of the 4 that I seen just standing there joking with each other could of been cleaning the store for your customers I understand people need a brake and I support positive work atmosphere but you have to look after your customers without them you wouldn’t have a job in the first place But with all this big to tasty food thank you
On my visit, the food was so over cooked, stringy and actually tough to eat. On attempting to leave, could not get out of car park, delivery truck and car blocking off exit and the driver just stared and went about unpacking his load, finally a staff member came out and moved what turned out to be his car so off I went, that was before I found food was dreadful, so bad experience.
Very good service and got the order right
Conviently located on the Sturt Highway heading into the Renmark township. The staff are friendly and offer good customer service. There is Wheelchair access and parking is available. The public amenities are kept reasonably clean. I love the spicy sauce on the Zinger Stacker burger! This Burger will fill you up. The hot chips are thick cut and lightly salted and the gravy has plenty of flavour. I like the Tenders Meal Box and I'm glad I can add extra Wicked wings to compliment it. The standard Zinger Burger meal deal is good value and the Wicked wings are crispy. I love the new Boneless chicken on offer. I hope it stays on the menu.
I looked on line on Thursday what time it shuts. Said 11pm. When I drove in at quarter 10 on way to work the loud speaker said they are closed. I said. It stated 11 on net. Next minute someone came over speaker saying sorry that was an accident we are open but before you order all we have is chicken or wicked wings. I said are they fresh they replied all I can tell you it's within the time line.. I said can I have fries. Reply no only chicken and wings. With more than an hour of close.... Do you think I could get fries that only take 5 minutes. Staff do not want to be there very disappointing. Time off close is time of close. Not an hour before.
Their drive through is so fast but beware of stone cold chips! I went to the trouble of going straight back where the server touched them before admitting "yes they are cold" made me new ones within 10mins So Hot chips with a cold burger better than the other way round
