Iain at Big River Carpets was very knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with. They have a great range of products for all budgets, BUT! the contractor they use to lay and install our floor was inexperienced. The basic lay was ok but the finishing off was very poor, and it took WEEKS for them to come back and complete the job to my satisfaction. Communication was ordinary. Buyer beware!
