Really good sandwiches and drinks but they are huge portions. The meat had good flavor and tender. This used to be a truck stop that has grown into a larger restaurant. The place is large and can get busy. The staff is friendly. Highly recommended!

Big sized traditionak chilean recipes. Good attention. Nice, tasty food. But food didn't sit well with my group, with one of my daughters getting sick of her stomach. Will not repeat.

Authentic Chilean food restaurant on the way to and from wine country. My fave is the cazuela which is a hearty soup filled with vegetables and meat. Plates are sizable and can easily be shared.

traditional chilean food, maybe quite overwhelming for foreign visitors.

Are you starving and in a hurry? Are you expecting a huge dish and quantity instead of quality? So, this is the place!! Good service, nice waitresses, and a fast cuisine. I asked for pork rib with hot spicy mashed potatoes. I got a huge piece of good pork, well done, but the mashed potatoes tasted like artificial industrial dehydrated food. This is the perfect place for a 35 minutes stop to restore yourself on the way back to Santiago that is about 100 kilometres from here. I think I won't visit this restaurant anymore. The waitress was absolutely nice! She helped me find ways to meet my dietary needs without losing the great typical Juan y Medio flavor. She was diligent, smart and helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name.

This is a very famous restaurant in Chile. It serves typical Chilean dishes such as Pastel de Choclo, Plateada (tender beef roast), empanadas, humitas and even lamb. It's a very large restaurant with a lot of seating available. The wait staff are friendly and more attentive than typical Chilean restaurants. The food is prepared quickly and is delicious. The portion sizes are big. The inside is nicely decorated, it has a warm and family feel. The food is not overpriced, the cost for one person should be around 15 for a meal and a Coke (desert and salads would push that price up). They offer 'to go' containers for the extra food you will have. They make their own bread in-house (pan amasado) and it's wonderful.
