I've never been so insulted in my whole life...I brought my fiances chain to be fixed ....they switched it with someone else's chain...my fiance chain was a 30" 128 grams xl franco chain and they kept it for 2 weeks and then gave a us a chain of 28"25 grams and not even the same link...then told us that it was his chain ...we have all the proof it s not but we will see them in court .....please don't bring your jewlery there to be fixed go to real stores .......
