Stihl saw had carb issues so i took it to this stihl dealer, charged me for a carb kit so i figured they fixed it.. aparently not. Saw fires up but as soon as you release throttle even a bit it dies.

Friendly enough service. Called and drove the 1.25 hrs to rent a tool they said they had but didn't, so rented a manual one. It wasn't in great shape and broke with reasonable use. I called to say it broke and expected to have to buy it from them but they said no problem, they'd weld it back together. I returned it and ended up paying more for the rental of the mostly useless tool than I would have if I'd just bought one new, and would have saved the gas and time.
Always have what you want great inventory.
Always great for my Stihl needs. Steve knows his products and is great to deal with.
They are very friendly and offer great service. I rented a core drill, they made sure to give me a new bit so it would cut easily. When I brought it back, I was really border line for the time (got there a couple of minutes after closing time) but they stayed so I wouldn't have to pay for an extra day. The fact that I'm from gatineau also means that I wouldn't have to drive back to renfrew on another day to bring the tool back. If i could give them 6 stars i would
