For a Tim Hortons most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Expect a line-up during peak hours; the mobile app helps a lot if you want to skip the line inside, or fly through drive thru.
The drive thru worker yelled at my boyfriend (who is hard of hearing) because he didn't understand what the worker was saying. A second worker hopped on and explained that they turned off their grills so they were unable to do any food at that time. As we drove away after getting our coffee the one worker (the one who was extremely rude to my boyfriend) said to the other "you should get a tip for that". Unbelievably bad service, but what can you expect from timmies. Also, the coffee was not even made right after all that.
Drive thru ONLY ordered Medium Dark Roast Coffee and Honey Cruller Donut. CLOSED on Saturdays and Sundays due to Recent Provincial Restrictions.
Very short staffed. The staff was very polite and welcoming, but so backed up. Definitely not the staffs fault, but maybe hire or schedule more staff
I enjoyed the young ladies enthusiasm! I couldn't of asked for better service
stuff are not competant. we had to change de order 3 times because the employee did not know that they lack some products. once we manage to get a pastry that we wanted, it was all destroyed and unpresentable. when we refused to make the pastry, instead of paying us back they were charging again. finally, they did not even bother apologizing.
