Had a wonderful experience there recently. The sales staff (Tim) was so helpful. I've got large feet (size 11) and often am limited in choices to \what's left\. This year I went in early and saw a pair of boots I loved, but they didn't have my size in. I asked if they could order in the boots, Tim made a few calls and made it happen. *I'm in love with these new boots* and am so impressed with the staff's kindness and willingness to help find the perfect fit for me.
