If my experience with the cashier is an example of the whole store then I’m pleased that I took the store’s reviews into serious consideration and chose shoppers for my prescription, it’s a little further but I value excellent service, therefore, willing to do the Drive. My first time shopping here and last, the cashier was extremely unpleasant and rude. She asked if I had a points card, I don’t so my husband presented her with his card while holding it with the barcode facing her behind the plastic barrier, all of a sudden she became agitated and said don’t hold it in front of me just put it on the counter and wait till the end to give me it, then I replied with, if you don’t want customers to hold their points card out then ask for it at the end to scan so that customers don’t take it out , she proceeded to tell me she’s fed up with customers doing that and she proceeded to gossip about how a senior did the same thing with the card. Her behaviour was extremely unprofessional but gossiping about other customers to a customer is a whole new level of unprofessional behaviour. I also didn’t feel comfortable at all because her clothe mask was too small and she had it under her nose. Instead of getting angry with customers because of holding up their card behind the plastic barrier to minimize unnecessary contact and following covid 19 guidelines, she should focus on educating herself better on customer service and use common sense. At the end she didn’t even know how to put a gift card to her store through her register and had to get a supervisor to do it for her. We were there for a long time, the worst customer service ever.

6 staff members always scrambling to fill prescriptions. I call hours ahead to make sure my prescription is ready. I get to the pharmacy and it's still not filled even though I was promised it would be by the pharmacist. I've only been dealing with Rexall Renfrew for less than a month and it's always the same thing. I pay 12 dispensing fee for horrible service. I can go to a pharmacy in Kanata, with half the staff and where i pay a 4.00 dispensing fee, and they are never this disorganized. When I explained this to a staff member at Rexall I was told to take my business elsewhere. Wow. Thanks Rexall Renfrew I will NEVER do business with you again.

Staff i love but i have been on same meds for years and after a week still dont have. I need my meds. I truly believe the pharmacy should be taken out of that store and sell liver as i believe it will always be available. I tried and i tried but it looks like im done from there. I get 16 prescriptions and i need them all for my pain and depression. They would have to pay me to go there ever again even though management has changed as the amount of people that have left there because of the stress of failing their customers. A group of 16 year olds could do a better job. Shame on rexal treating your pharmacy like that running it like that. I should not have to make 3 trips to get 1 prescription.
