I love the library. We are lucky to have such a nice, small town library in Renfrew.

Very nice place. Friendly staff. They have some good programs. Comfy chairs to sit in. Lots of children's programs and things in the children's library. They have an ongoing book sale shelf by donation which is fun to look through. Their hours are good. My only complaint is more quiet areas for people who wish for a quiet place to read. The computers are right beside the comfy chairs and some people who use the computers are very loudly talking or listening to music blaring out of their headphones or laughing loudly at videos. They do not get asked to keep it down. It is very disruptive . I know the library is becoming a social gathering place which is awesome but what about those of us who want some quiet sometimes?

Wonderful staff and great programs offered. Helpful; friendly; knowledgeable. Being adapted for disabled and having small, dedicated parking area (for bikes, cars, horses) would be amazing.

I am tremendously disappointed that my mother, who is disabled, wasn't able to get into the library today! She was so excited to actually get some decent reading material however after parking in the only handicapped parking space we went through the doors and down a very long ramp to the children's area! Major let down! Then to find out we had to walk all the way around the building to the farthest corner to get into the adult area! Wow! Totally not very handicap friendly! Especially for those who are physically challenged and not in a wheelchair. So my mom actually made it to the corner of the street before she couldn't go any further. Like I said before Major disappointment. Now we know where to go in maybe our next visit will be successful? Perhaps you can do some appropriate signing to let people know where your access doors and ramps etc are for the handicapped.
