I ordered a 4 piece box meal at KFC on hazledean rd I asked for it to be fresh and hot the lady at the window said it was and said I can check it out myself to see if it was hot and fresh! it was not hot nor freshly made it was room temperature I asked again for a fresh hot meal and asked them to take this one back she did and proceeded to touch the fries and chicken and said they were hot enough I told her they weren't hot the meal was returned to me in less than 2 minutes it was very greasy and the chicken had a very bad taste to it! the oil tasted very old.needless to say I didn't eat the meal and wasted my money .

Gravy sucks...not like the old KFC Food is usually hot and familiar tasting
Too Greasy, Fries soft, Forgot or did not offer spoon or forks for take out salads. Need better bun and dressings on the new Chicken sandwich but chicken was cooked well and crispy.
