Posted a parcel with a 48hr delivery. 5 days later the Parcel has not left the postoffice, Confirmed with ParcelForce, no package has been handed to the driver.

Ordered a chicken mayo potato with butter and side salad. I got a spicy chicken panini instead. I did have a missed call from the place but I called back and got no answer. I dont eat spicy food at all. The panini was for want of a better word floppy. Not crispy at all. My hubby had ordered a spicy chicken panini but he did not eat his or mine as they were awful. I tried messaging back but got no response. Wont be ordering again.
