Took a day trip to Renfrew after camping on Mazinaw Lake. Found this quaint little restaurant with wonderful servers and a patio for seating right now, (due to Covid-19). It was a little noisy being right at the road but beggars can’t be choosers. The real reason for the 5 stars was the food. Simply delicious! I had the nachos which had broiled cheese on-top and more than satisfied my hunger. Friends with me had the fish, A rating given; as well as “tasty quesadillas”, “moist schnitzel Cesar wrap”, and “Spicy but flavourful buffalo chicken wrap”. All-in-all, a great stop for a bite, excellent food, and dynamite service.
Wonderful service and a giant patio for social distancing drinks, these guys have really nailed their stage 1 reopen, we had an absolute blast. Also they make calzones that Ben Wyatt would die for
The pub is awesome. It's a small pub like a pub should be. They have Murphys beer and it tastes like a real Murphys from Ireland with waterfall in the glass so you know it was a good pour. In the summer there is a patio too. I had the avalanche Burger and gravy for my fies and it was a perfect sized serving and tasted great.
