We came here at the weekend and had a lovely day. The cafe feels extremely cosy and has the sort of food you'd want to eat by the seaside. It's very popular with dog owners since it's about 20m from the beach which has loads of open space to play in. Would recommend visiting the beach and coming here for a snack

This cafe is one of the best around. I’ve been coming here since 1974 and absolutely love the building. It’s been modernised over the years and looks really fantastic inside! It’s located in the most perspectives spot right on the beach front with breath taking views of the Tyne mouth coastline and seas. The food is clocked to a really nice standard and has a nice fresh selection of hot drinks available. I’d recommend you try it if you’re planning on walking the dogs along the beach and need to stop for a cuppa! Staff and really helpful also.
