If you want a reliable car trader then don’t bother! I went to Renault Wolverhampton to purchase a family car when I was 8 months pregnant. Whilst I found the perfect car for my new family at a great price and with a reasonable deal on my part exchange, I have been nothing but disappointed with the poor effort to ensure I receive all relevant documentation. On paying for the vehicle on 13th August 2020, I was told immediately that all the paperwork and booklets that I should have been presented with such as the handbook and the service history etc was not in the vehicle as they had thought and a new one had been ordered and would be sent to me in the post. Whilst I was a little disgruntled that I was told this immediately after payment, despite the salesman clearly knowing, I went with it and was satisfied it would arrive in the post. Six months on, several emails (all of which were ignored) and phone calls later to speak with the salesman himself and the manager, I have still not received these documents. On 23rd December I spoke with the salesman who said it had been ordered and he didn’t know why I hadn’t received it. He ensured me that before he left the office that day he would order a new one. Still not received. I have since spoken to a manager whose response was “well the handbook is generic for that model, you can just get it online”. I was then told that he would speak to the salesman to chase it and would call me back that day. I’m still waiting! I thought I had dealt with a trusted company who would allow me to have a hassle free experience, especially given that I was about to have a baby. Clearly not! I have done nothing but chase the staff and this paperwork. I will never use this dealership again. If you want a hassle free and honest experience when buying a car then don’t go to Renault Wolverhampton. I see that you respond to your reviews and ask people to contact you to discuss further - please don’t!

After a long drive from London to part exchange a Zoe for a new one was greeted by Sally and offered a seat and a coffee with a pleasant hello by all staff within the building as they passed and made light conversation, Paperwork and presentation by James Hall was Professional and completed very quick and left with my new car feeling very satisfied.

Show room is lovley spacious and the staff are nice. Purchased a car and everything was sorted in 7 days. The car the clean everything was explained fully. They made my experience of getting my first ever car a breeze .
