I wish to complain about the rum n raisin ice cream from yesterday. The quality is extremely good. Possibly the best ever. Added to this you are located in Ayr, whereas I reside in Glasgow. This is simply not convenient. I also wish to complain about the two scoops. Your counter staff probably should have been well trained enough to figure out that actually I would have preferred three scoops and that by the time I noticed it would be too late as we were back in the car. This is simply not good enough. I suppose I will have to come back.
Amazing waffle and ice-cream. Staff very friendly and covid rules being met. Looking forward to my next visit already!
