Lovely cafe that serves delicious breakfasts, cakes and beers. Lovely!
Customer awareness skills and manners are very poor from the staff, There was an lady in front of me with a walking stick, she had ordered a few drinks and some food, she had to make 3 trips back to the counter and whilst she was doing this the queue was getting longer, there was 2 members of staff behind the counter and a 3rd in the back room, one member of staff a young lad who never even noticed or maybe he did, probably not as he was to busy yawning next to me as I waited, he never offered to assist the lady or offer a tray to carry all her items, when it came to my order I ordered a flat white, I was given my coffee, but I was not told in a nice manner ( help yourself to spoons and sugar next to you) I had to ask, and the look I got!. Then I went outside to have my coffee, and low and behold I saw the young lad again, he was told to by the owner I guess to sweep around the tables, the area I was sitting at I was the only person there at the time and the lad started to sweep and get close to me as he swept, not really nice when you are relaxing having a coffee and dust is going up in the air next to you, so I drunk my coffee and left quickly. I will not be returning.
Was very pricey for the drinks a small coke was 2. The toasted wraps where really nice and tasty however the waiter took them to the wrong people first and then swapped it over to our table. Worried us a bit with covid. Overall tasted good though.
Lovely place to enjoy coffee & cake or a gin or two
