Always been helpful, friendly and easy to talk to when calling to order timber.
I called during the week for a piece of hardwood, gave them my dimensions and was told to come down as they would stock it. I went to go and purchase this and wasn't told they don't do that size. Very unhelpful man, who appeared to not want to get out of his chair, when I asked for alternatives, which were longer than my car and I would need to cut they told me they don't have saws available, despite me standing next to a stand full of them. It's rare I see someone so unwilling to make a sale. I won't be back.
