Christian from Relocately supported us from beginning to end with our move. Timely responses, extremely professional and on top of things with very little stress for us. The web based filing systems with detailed instructions and examples made submitting the required documents a breeze. The moving crew was punctual, and worked quickly and carefully. I would happily use Relocately again.

Absolutely amazing service. I had Tim as concierge, and he couldn't have been more gracious or helpful (and speaks perfect English). The movers who came also spoke perfect English, were professional, efficient, and friendly. They have removed all stress from the process for me, and it's been an amazing experience. Well worth the price.
We moved a 2 bedroom apartment from Berlin Germany to Davis California using Relocately. We were of course nervous given that some reviews have been negative (though it seems literally every moving company in the world has negative reviews) so I waited until after our stuff finally arrived in Davis to write this. But our stuff just arrived yesterday and I have to say the whole move went so super smoothly. Relocately handled getting local movers to pack our stuff in Berlin, get it on a ship and then have it arrive and get unloaded at our new California place. I communicated extensively with Alex about our inventory, and he was local so was able to even stop by our place in Berlin to walk through the inventory with us and so there were no unexpected charges once they came to pack everything up. The movers that packed up our stuff in Berlin were extraordinarily professional and efficient. I can say nothing but good things about them! Everything was packed very carefully and securely and they were done in no time. We had a private container luckily so we didn't have to wait on other folks to get their stuff loaded in the container, so our container was able to get on a ship ASAP and it arrived in CA 6 weeks later (it was also really fun to track the ship's progress online). Then on the American side, Jasmin communicated with us about having our stuff delivered, which happened exactly as planned. We had one small damage to a mattress but honestly considering the extent of the move, I think we made out really well! I will also say that we ended up using Relocately because they had the lowest quote out of three companies we talked to, so they delivered on price too.
Perfect transaction! On sept 3 the relocatly team of 3 people wrapped and loaded are goods in a 20ft container in Munich De and shipped it to Toronto Canada. They unloaded it this morning September 24. 21 days start to finish. That's amazing. The real heroes were the 3 loaders and wrappers in Munich. Awesome group. I would definitely use them again. Relocately recently handled my move from Lyon, France, to a rural area of Virginia in the United States. Although their offices are in Berlin, I received attentive personal service by a bilingual manager, via phone and email. She patiently walked me through all the steps and ensured that our movers both in Lyon and in Virginia did a careful and efficient job. The goods arrived intact and in perfect shape, with only two very small items broken. Due to the assurance and expertise of my Relocately manager, I never had a moment's worry, and the move went just as planned. The price seemed more than reasonable -- barely more than twice the price of moving the same goods from Paris to Lyon – and included professional packing, hiring of a furniture lift, repacking in a shipping container, transfer to port, shipping to Baltimore, customs clearance, repacking in a moving van, and delivery and placement of furniture and boxes. For price, service and efficiency I highly recommend Relocately. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. (Heaven forbid I will need to.)
