Such an amazing experience! We booked last minute while on a road trip through France and Eric was very accommodating. The selection of meals was amazing, as was the champagne, conversation and atmosphere. Wish we had time to take a second class and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great culinary experience.

What a wonderful experience. Eric is a wonderful instructor and just a generally lovely person. We cooked some seriously tasty food and drank some exquisite champagne. Lovely afternoon experience.

Our cooking class with Chef Eric is so far the highlight of our honeymoon! We were so lucky to be the only ones signed up for the day so we had a private class with him. We spent 4.5 hours cooking beautiful French cuisine and drinking wine and champagne. The class was incredibly hands on, delicious and not one bit intimidating. Thank you Chef Eric for your hard work and for spending the evening with us...it was truly so special and something we will always remember fondly! Highly recommend if you’re in Reims! You won’t regret it!
Chef Eric has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the food industry and is very willing and able to share with participants who are at various levels of cooking proficiency- from beginner to advanced home cooks right through to professional chefs. Our group consisted of 8 Americans and 2x Aussies and at all times Chef Eric was able to communicate easily and fluently in English. His equipment, cooking space, produce and of course the wine, are all top class meaning that the overall value for money is terrific... and you get to eat a 3 course meal that you helped prepare!!! Tres Bon!
This cooking workshop was the highlight of our trip to Reims. My mum and I both learned so much! Eric is an expert chef and so much fun to be around. The food was phenomenal and made all the better as we had cooked it ourselves. If eating great food, drinking great champagne and enjoying great company is your thing don’t hesitate to book this awesome experience.
