Closes at 1 on weekends and 8 on weekdays. Disgraceful. Also way too expensive. Rubbish gym.
Fantastic staff and a friendly atmosphere, this gym has really stepped up in the last 7-8 months. New mats, machines and timetable have seen an increase in new faces! It has a variety of classes which are trainer led, if you’re like me and not a ‘gym bunny’ these are quality. A big thank you to everyone!!!

Spectacularly friendly staff, and excellent equipment. Not a full on body building gym, but I can guarantee that you will want for nothing if you are a high level gym fanatic like me and do a fair amount of body building. Lots of classes too, though I am not a class goer so can't particularly comment with the exception of speed flex which I went to for a week. Definitely recommend for someone looking for high intensity interval training with little spare time.
Staff got my details wrong on two separate occasions both during the registration process and after (because they entered incorrect details once again despite spelling it out very slowly) so I gave up trying to have it corrected... Changing room lockers are filthy and left strange marks on my black clothes. The whole place is super tiny and equipment sub par. I would expect this kind of standard for a membership costing 20 or less but at 42 per month it's just not justifiable whatsoever. It's a shame.
The gym has a great atmosphere and a good selection of equipment and sessions. I've also found the staff very friendly and helpful when I've needed assistance.
Great gym, great facilities, great classes and amazing and very supportive staff, 100% recommendable!
