Really nice little Starbucks. Can get a bit busy around Reigate college lunchtime and weekends but adequate space for buggies, babies, dogs, the usual. Staff are friendly hopefully they’ll keep it cleaner than a lot of other branches. Overall decent coffee and good snacks. Also loss of plug points for working. Good all round. Check it out
Staff are always very friendly and wait times aren't bad. The place is generally clean too. My only negative is that the coffee is occasionally burned which has happened more than once. However, the positivity and helpfulness of the staff certainly outweighs the negatives. They have been more than willing to replace it when I have mentioned it.
Didn’t even give us straws on an Uber eats delivery used to order from here all the time but has gone downhill quality wise I ordered caramel drizzle didn’t get any will not be using reigate Starbucks anymore would rather go to Coulsdon and not be disappointed.
My second attempt to the new Starbucks. And both experiences were below moderate. For the second time the Manager specifically looking in to my eyes and cannot welcome me. The Staff are friendly, but only to selected people I guess and not to me. I notice this, because before & after me others have been served very friendly. No Hi & no Bye. It deserves only one star but the coffee was ok. There are so many coffee locations in reigate with very friendly and warm welcoming staff I do not have to experience the lack of kindness, so therefore I will stay away and might visit in future once again, if they change their attitudes and treat every one equally regardless ...
