The library staff are friendly and there is a good selection of books, especially non-fiction books. There is also a good amount of seating, but it gets very busy during weekends and holidays so it would be good if they could get extra seating during that period. Also, it shuts rather early at 5pm, although admittedly that's due to budget constraints.

All the staff are really welcoming and always helpful. The library has a great selection of books for babies up to teenagers. The one thing that does really irritate me is that they don't have any doors easily accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

My family would be lost without this library! I have been taking my children every couple of weeks to swap their books since they were 2 and 3 years old. They love coming and the staff have always been incredibly helpful and friendly.

Libraries are amazing places and a valuable part of the community. The staff at Reigate library are always very helpful whenever I have needed assistance.

Ugly, uninspiring and dilapidated - basically the opposite of everything a library should be. Sad that in such an affluent area where there's money to build mock pirate ships in sandpits in the public park, there's not a spare penny to even hire a cleaner or a paintbrush at the local library. Bizarrely there are often tables free but no chair to sit on at them, the internet is at a painful crawling speed and the selection of books is... \limited\.
