I cant Praise this place enough. I had been on a hunt for months searching for a large headboard which came in different variety of colours and fabrics. Jo (the manager) was so helpful, spent lots of time helping us decide what we needed and was really amazing. We finally decided on the most beautiful teal velvet headboard and ottoman and the price was great too. Thank you so much priory beds and sofas... We will defo be back

Friendly staff with a good balance of helpfulness without being the pushy sales types. Quick order time and delivery. We had an issue with our order and they could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Proves that using a local family business is much better than going for the big nationals. Would recommend highly.
I recently bought a new bed through Priory Beds and Sofas. The staff were helpful in providing all the information that we needed, including showing all the available options and the fabric swatches. It took a while for me to make my decision as to which bed and mattress to choose and throughout this the staff were never pushy with me, which was great. Delivery went very smoothly and we’re really pleased with the bed.
The people at Priory Beds are extremely knowledgeable, and have evidently worked in the business for many years. When I recently visited the shop to change my bed, the manager explained the differences between the various mattress types available. She encouraged me to try a variety of beds and mattresses, and not rush into a decision. I returned a total of three times to try different beds, before making my decision. I am extremely happy with the bed I selected. I never felt that I was being pressured into a sale. They could not have been more helpful, and the follow up service has been excellent.
Shop madly promoting tacky Blue cross sale stickers all over their window, and 70% off. Saw they had sofas as well. Walked in two people standing by the door talking. man turned to me and said can I help and said was looking for a sofa bed, he did not ask one simple sales question, what type ,size , amount of use , nothing, so finally i said something fairly cheap and cheerful and the reply was, we don't do cheap and cheerful. How uncomfortable did that make me feel. Again was stuck by door not invited in to look at any , if they had them. No offer of we start ours as x price or we have something in the sale. So again I volunteered with looking to pay anything around 300 -500, and which point the lady said, i have I tried Ikea? Absolutely appalling service , well actually no service , s condescending. At that point i turned and said I have never been so insulted and left the shop and told every one in all the other shops and has not ended there., this was how not to treat a customer. Must have money to burn.
