I ordered an Op Zulu Jacket on offer. I ordered on Friday and it arrived Monday (today). On Friday I queried the size but Patrol Store were so quick they had already dispatched the jacket before receipt of the query. Patrol Store replied saying it had been dispatched sent advice on sizes & offered to exchange if it didn't fit. The Jacket fits perfectly, and is excellent quality. I am full of praise for Patrol Store's very quick service, help, & for the quality of the product. I am definitely going to check out the rest of their website Excellent

I ordered two pairs of boots... then got worried because I saw some bad reviews. I needn't have stressed. I spoke to a pleasant young lady called Maria who was very helpful with my queries. My boots arrived earlier than I was expecting and were perfect. I was also happy with the prices. My experience personally was a very good one!!!

I am very happy with the service, excellent contact with the seller. I have ordered Lowa Combat GTX Black and sizing was all okay, if someone has a problem with sizing just please measure your foot and check with measurements provided by manufacturer on their website. Happy to deal with Patrol Store again.
