I unfortunately didn't get anything out of the 11 months I was with Music Gateway. I appreciate sync is unlikely but I personally do not want to pay a monthly subscription for the possibility of a sync deal. I have given two stars as the team are genuinely responsive and friendly, but I think a (current) 4.7 score on Google is misleading value-wise. If you have the money to spare, definitely worth trying, but I do believe the majority of artists will not see a return on investment due to the competitive nature of sync and that the opportunities were limited (e.g. K-Pop when I personally make indie music). I hope this is helpful for upcoming musicians and doesn't come across too harsh.

I posted a project looking for worldwide songwriter & producer collaborations to pitch songs to record label A&R managers and artists themselves. I found 5 really great people to work with & have been able to work on some brilliant collaborations. Well worth the price!

Music Gateway is a complete joke of a company who exploit young innocent musicians, convincing them that they can make money by using their platform, via sync/licensing deals. They may have secured some syncs for a few of their members, but evidently they are continuously in financial difficulty - a quick check on the 'companycheck' website shows they've been in the red for the last 5 years, most recently by nearly 200k. Relying on user subscriptions to try and survive clearly isn't working. How they can call themselves a credible licensing platform I've no idea.
