Wow what a difference a couple of months make popped in and asked about returning a jacket that the zip had broken on when 1st used and the manager couldn't have been nicer - just gone back with the same jacket - different manager - terrible customer service skills, no eye contact, blunt to the point of rudeness and has just lied to her own Head Office saying the jacket had been misused!!! Bearing in mind she didn't even see it, shockingly unprofessional behaviour!
