I have been using Infinity tracking for 3 months and our Google Analytics numbers and their numbers are off by 40%. Around the same number of calls are not getting tracked by Infinity either. I know those numbers will never be 100% but I was excepting them to be 80%. I was promised a 95% accuracy rate and they are no where close to that. The support is horrible as well. They respond with only links to their knowledge base. If you are looking for something more accurate, I would stay away from these guys.

Great place to work
We started using Infinity Cloud in Early 2016 on exodus.co.uk and found this call tracking solution better than the last company such tech we were using. Infinity Cloud extended great support and helped us in a timely manner to easily switch. All the legacy number we were using were transferred to Infinity Cloud too. I am now in the process of adding Infinity Cloud to our Canada, US, New Zealand and Australian websites. I love their client interface - it is simple, effective fast! Never miss a call, if you do get an email alert! We are now able to keep an eye on incoming online and offline calls, determine ROI/conversion/effectiveness our marketing channels. It has solved the problem of offline channel attribution - we now know when someone calls us from our online marketing campaigns.
Our integration with Infinity has given us further insight into the performance of our PPC campaigns. We're looking at a wider implementation across other areas of the business to help us further optimise our marketing campaigns.
